Iron Infusion Clinic
Upstream Health is dedicated to providing fast, effective, and safe iron infusion treatments in a certified environment. Iron infusion is a service often difficult to access, we are here to offer a quicker solution to manage iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia (IDA).
WHY GET AN IRON INFUSION?
Iron is essential for your body to produce healthy red blood cells and carry oxygen throughout your system. When your iron levels are low, it can leave you feeling exhausted, short of breath, foggy-headed, or prone to frequent illness.
While oral iron supplements can help, they’re not always effective—especially if your body struggles to absorb iron or you experience uncomfortable side effects like nausea or constipation. Iron infusions deliver iron directly into your bloodstream, allowing for faster absorption, better results, and improved energy, focus, and overall well-being—often within days.
Iron infusions are safe, efficient, and can be a powerful solution when other treatments haven’t worked.
WHO SHOULD GET IRON INFUSION?
You may benefit from an iron infusion if you have:
Iron deficiency anemia not improving with oral supplements
Heavy menstrual bleeding causing low iron
Pregnancy-related iron deficiency
Chronic conditions like celiac disease, Crohn’s, or kidney disease that impair absorption
Post-surgical recovery, especially after blood loss
Fatigue, shortness of breath, or brain fog linked to low ferritin or hemoglobin levels
If you’re unsure, a simple blood test can determine your iron levels. At Upstream Health, we work with your physician or our in-house team to assess if an iron infusion is right for you.
